Gift
Packaging
-All items are wrapped in cellophane
or shrink wrap (depending on the gift) with ribbon and
bow. A gift card in envelope is included. There is a
text box that dislays when entering shipping information
that will allow you to write a message for the gift
card.
Shipping
Information -
Items are boxed
the day that your order is placed. Your item is shipped
the next day, except for Saturday orders which ship
on Monday. Please
allow adequate time for your gifts arrival.
We ship USPS Priority
by default because they make Saturday deliveries. UPS
Ground Shipping does not. Also, USPS Delivers
in 1-3 days nation-wide where UPS Ground deliveries
can take up to 6 days. We are located in Massachusetts,
orders shipping to the eastern half of the US generally
take 2 days transit time and order that ship to the
western half of the US generally take 3 days transit
time.
Please allow adequate time
for your gift to arrive. If you place an order on Monday,
it ships Tuesday, the package will generally arrive on
Thursday. Destination closer to Massachusetts will take
a day less, west coast will take a day longer. We can
accomodate requests for overnight shipping, however the
costs are often prohibitive. Typically shipping overnight
will cost an additional $50.00. These gifts are heavy
(up to 10 lbs.) and are expensive to ship. If you would
like a package delivered overnight please email us or
call for details.
Damaged
Items - Please report damaged items
immediately. In the extremely rare event that an item
is damaged we will replace the damaged item(s). Our
carriers require that you hold the item for 5 days after
the claim is filed so that they have the option of inspecting
the damaged goods. Where we specify the entire contents
of each gift, we do not have a refund policy at this
time.
